UPG Women's Bible Study
UPG Wednesday Morning Fellowship
Each Wednesday morning at 6:30AM several people gather on our St. Peter’s campus to learn more about various issues of faith, enjoy some early morning fellowship and spend time together and with our Lord. This fellowship ministry is complete by 7:30AM so that participants can make it to work on time.
Sunday School meets on Sundays at 8:30 AM, on the campus where worship is being held. We have classes for children and youth, as well as Adult Bible Study led by Pastor Mike.
The UPG offers a two year Confirmation Education Program for young people entering the 8th grade. This class meets 3 times a year for four consecutive weeks on Sunday Evenings from 6-7PM on our Light of Christ Campus. Young people enrolled in this class will learn more about Luther’s Small Catechism and various topics to help them understand their faith.
Sunday Adult Bible Study Returns!
The adult Bible study group will meet on Sundays, at 8:30am to discuss how today's gospel reading applies to them. How is it relevant to me? How is it speaking to me? Do I have any questions about it? If you would like to find out more, please meet us on Sunday mornings, 8:30am, at Light of Christ, in the Fellowship Hall on the lower level. Thank you, Pastor Suzanne & Pastor Mike for helping us each week with brief insights on the gospel lesson.
Lenten Bible Study
Pastor Mike is hosting a mid-day Bible study on the Apostle Paul that will comprise the Wednesdays of Lent, from March 1 through March 29. We will convene in St. Peter’s Social Room at 2:00 pm and finish by 3:30 pm. We are following a pattern used this past Fall when he led a similar study of the Five Scrolls, where we offered snacks and beverages to go along with our study. Please contact Pastor Mike to sign up, and he will provide you with a syllabus.
